Atrium Hotel Heathrow - Hillingdon

The breakfasts at London prices. A huge room provided with tea and 2 single beds. Marvellous and prime position in the local area, just next door to tube station, the underground and airport and staff.

The room was soundproof with 65inch tv when I arrived. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, right by the restaurant and tube station and the air port.

We spent 1 night in twin room with good quality bed, balloons, the kettle...

Overall it was fashionable with balloons.

Stylish hotel with efficient staff from The Management through to Housekeeping Staff and free Wi-Fi. Functional and brand-new rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge.

Clean, comfortable rooms but noisy school groups and messy corridors. 24-hour reception was great.

Really good service and comfortable stay

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during meal requests. The room could have used a little more attention to cleanliness.

Wi-Fi needs serious upgrades to solve frequent disconnections!!! Wayfinding around the hotel is frustrating due to unclear signage. Improve these aspects for a smoother experience!!!

Nice and comfy stay

Family room was spacious and comfy, included a kitchenette for easy snack prep. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids, really nice atmosphere and very inviting. Spa facilities were clean and offered a relaxing escape after a long journey. Wi-Fi was fast, so we stayed connected with no issues.

I enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room . After a long journey, it felt good to unwind in the water and just relax. The staff were friendly and helped me with my requests.

One issue I faced was that the sauna was not hot enough due to a gap at the door. This took away from the overall relaxation I was hoping to find.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for the kids. The kitchenette was a bonus, great to prepare snacks easily. The pool was lovely.

Some areas could use more attention to cleanliness.

The location is super convenient, just a couple tube stops from terminal 5. The staff are really nice and professional, made checking in easy! The room was clean and had a comfy vibe. Wi-fi was fast enough to keep me entertained. Impressed with the modern look!

But the shuttle service ain't free n it can be kinda slow. My room was freezing on arrival, took forever to get moved to a warm one!

My recent stay was great! The pool was amazing, and the room was modern and well-insulated. The breakfast could use improvement, but overall, I’d definitely choose this again!

The family room had ample space, proving ideal for a bit of downtime with kids. The kitchenette came in handy for quick snacks.

Unfortunately, some areas need a good scrub, particularly the hallway carpets, which could use a better cleaning job. The room where I stayed had a faint odor upon entry, and getting a cab to the terminal was a hassle due to the hotel's preference for Uber, extending the waiting time. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty.

The mattress was heavenly-like sleeping on a cloud! And the bathroom? Well stocked with all the goodies! Plus, my room had a lovely view, made the night's sleep a treat.

But good heavens, the shower was an icebox! I half-expected penguins to join me in there!
